Miami Open Tournament Director
Since 2018, James has served as the Tournament Director for the Miami Open. In 2019 he helped launch the tournament into its brand new home- Hard Rock Stadium. The event set an all-time attendance record with 388,734 fans. At right, James toasts 2019 champion Roger Federer.
